The electronic programmable timer allows you to set a different opening time for each compartment. This means you can feed two pets at the same time or schedule two meals for a single pet. Operating the timer is extremely simple. The entire process is done using the "+" and "-" buttons, as well as the "PetSafe" button (which opens the lids and resets the timer). The selected settings are shown on a clear LCD display. The countdown begins the moment you last press the "+" or "-" button, and you can check the time remaining until the lid opens on the display at any time. The time range covers 99 hours in one-hour increments, meaning you can schedule meals up to four days in advance. 

The Digital 2 Meal Pet Feeder automatic dry food dispenser is lightweight yet durable. The perfectly smooth housing finish ensures easy cleaning using a damp, soft cloth. What is more, the inner trays are dishwasher safe (top rack). When closed, the bowl lids sit flush with the edge of the housing, so your pet's curious paws cannot get inside. The control panel with the LCD display has a separate cover that prevents accidental button presses by your dog or cat. The feeder is powered by AA alkaline batteries. After 5 minutes of inactivity following programming, the device enters standby mode to conserve battery life. The dispenser is designed to serve dry food and treats only - do not use canned food, pastes, or other wet products. Do not fill the trays above the housing line. Place the feeder on a level surface, as any unevenness may interfere with its operation. It is not suitable for feeding puppies, kittens, or animals with mobility difficulties that are unable to reach the food tray without climbing onto the dispenser housing.
