Privacy Policy of the GroomerShop.eu store ("Store")

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

If you intend to create a User Account and use our services, you will be asked to provide us with your personal data. 
Your data are processed by us for the purposes specified below, related to the functioning of the Store and the provision of services offered therein (“Services”).

Purpose of processing:

Depending on your decision, this may include:

  • Provision of services offered in the Store,
  • Fulfilment of your orders,

  • Sending of the Newsletter.

  • Our legitimate interest consisting in processing data for analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  • Our legitimate interest consisting in conducting customer satisfaction surveys (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Provision of data:

  • Voluntary, but in some cases necessary to conclude an agreement.

Consequence of failure to provide data:

Depending on the purpose for which the data are provided:

  • inability to register in the Store,
  • inability to use the services of the Store,
  • inability to make purchases in the Store,
  • inability to receive information about promotions or special offers available in the Store.

Possibility of withdrawing consent:

  • At any time.

The processing of data up to the moment of withdrawal of consent remains lawful.

  • your objection to the processing of your personal data is accepted - where the legal basis for the processing was the legitimate interest of the Controller or where the data were processed for the purpose of direct marketing,

- depending on which applies in a given case and whichever occurs last.

You have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • transfer of the data to another controller.

You also have the right to:

  • object at any time to the processing of your data:
    • for reasons related to your particular situation – in relation to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (i.e. legitimate interests pursued by the Controller),
    • if personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

Our Store, like most websites, uses so-called cookies. These files:

EXTERNAL SERVICES / DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of external entities to whom your data may be transferred. Below is a list of possible recipients of your data:

  • provider of software necessary to operate the online store,
  • entity responsible for the delivery of goods,
  • payment provider,
  • accounting office,
  • hosting provider,
  • entity providing marketing services,
  • entity providing statistical services,
  • relevant public authorities to the extent that the Controller is obliged to provide them with data.

DATA ERASURE

You may exercise your right to erase your data stored in our service at any time. To exercise this right, please log in to your account. Then, from the side menu, select Privacy Settings. On the opened page, please use the Delete Account function, confirming your intention to erase the stored data by entering your current account password. The Controller of personal data will receive your data erasure request and, after reviewing it, will promptly delete your account in the service. This is carried out within a maximum of 10 Business Days.
