Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal- for example, by sending an e-mail to: contact@groomershop.eu
Please return the item to us without undue delay to the following address: GroomerShop sp. z o.o., Pianowo 38, 64-000 Koscian, Poland, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the agreement.

You have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period starts:

  • for an agreement under which we deliver goods and are obliged to transfer their ownership - from the day on which you you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods,
  • for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the agreement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before the period expires.

All payments made by you, including delivery costs (in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions), will be refunded to you without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent them back - whichever occurs first.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among other cases, to agreements:

  • in which the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy their individual needs,
  • in which the subject of the performance is an item liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life,
  • in which the subject of the performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
  • in which the subject of the performance consists of audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
  • for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent before the withdrawal period has expired and after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Complains

If you are a Consumer and the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the rękojmia (statutory warranty under the Polish Civil Code).

The complaint is best submitted by e-mail to: contact@groomershop.eu or by post to the following address: GroomerShop sp. z o.o., Pianowo 38, 64-000 Koscian, Poland.

The defective goods should be sent to the same address: GroomerShop Sp. z o.o., Pianowo 38, 64-000 Koscian, Poland

In connection with the defect, you may request:

  • replacement of the goods with goods free from defects,
  • removal of the defect,

or submit a declaration of:

  • price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the agreement – in the case of a material defect.

We are liable to you for defects discovered within two years from the date the goods were delivered.

As a rule, you may submit a complaint within one year of noticing the defect; however, the complaint period cannot end before the seller’s liability period expires.

Your complaint will be reviewed (a response will be provided) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
