We ship goods throughout the European Union - international deliveries are not covered by free delivery. The system will automatically calculate delivery costs for 1 parcel up to 31 kg shipped via DPD. If your order requires shipment in multiple parcels or by pallet, we will inform you of the exact delivery cost, usually within 1 business day after receiving the order. If this cost is not acceptable, you may cancel the order or arrange for personal collection. 

The delivery cost of one parcel is as follows:

Shipments over 30 kg (oversized) and pallet shipments are delivered in the so-called “curbside delivery” system - the courier unloads the parcel at the nearest accessible location for a delivery vehicle. The parcel is placed on the ground, and further transport to the building is the recipient’s responsibility. The courier is not obliged to carry the oversized parcel or pallet indoors.
