• Step 2 Release: FurEx Release Conditioner is a protein-enriched conditioner that repairs damage to the hair cuticle, reduces roughness, and creates a smooth surface that allows loose hair to be released easily. Advanced-technology silicones provide the right amount of slip, enabling dead hair removal with practically no effort.
• Step 3 Close: FurEx Close Finishing Spray is a lightweight silicone conditioning treatment that slightly acidifies the coat. This causes the hair cuticle to close and lie flat against the cortex, preventing individual hairs from catching on each other so that dead, tangled coat can be released with virtually no effort. The entire process involves spraying the coat with the product and using a dryer. The spray can be applied at varying intensities to selected areas of the animal's body, allowing you to tailor the application to specific needs.

Directions for use:
Shake the bottle before use. When preparing the shampoo solution, always add the shampoo to water, not the other way around. Prepare the shampoo by diluting it at a ratio of 1:6. Use the diluted product within 24 hours. The shampoo requires two washes. The purpose of the first wash is to thoroughly saturate the coat, while the actual cleansing, loosening, and initial release of dead hair occurs during the second wash.

• First wash: apply the diluted shampoo to the wet coat. Massage in thoroughly, then rinse lightly.
• Second wash: apply the diluted shampoo to the coat, then gently massage the product in using a plastic or rubber bathing brush. Rinse very thoroughly.

Tips:

• When washing a very dense, thick coat with a large amount of undercoat, use a more diluted shampoo for the first wash (1:10 concentration) and a stronger concentration for the second wash (1:4).
• In the case of heavily matted or compacted coat, use a high-velocity dryer to push the lather through the coat. This will help the active ingredients reach every part of the coat.
