Trix - Tick Lasso for People & Animals

TRIX® is a patented invention designed for removing ticks from both humans and animals. It holds international certifications (ISO 9002, CE) and has received positive reviews from medical and veterinary professionals worldwide.

TRIX® works on the lasso principle. It is easy to use, effective even in dense fur, virtually indestructible, and affordable. With this tool, you can even remove tick nymphs as small as tenths of a millimeter, thanks to a specially shaped loop (capable of gripping even a hair on your arm). For very small ticks, press the green tip of the device against the skin and twist the tick out following the instructions for use.

TRIX® also eliminates the risk of injecting infected tick saliva - which may carry dangerous diseases - back into the bite site, a common occurrence when removing ticks using widely known methods. The compact size of the device allows it to be easily placed in ears, thick fur, and other hard-to-reach areas. The device remains effective even if fur or hair gets caught in the loop.

Trix® Instructions for Use:

Extend the loop and place it over the tick, as close to the skin as possible. Release the button and, keeping the tip close to the skin, hold the device perpendicular to the bite site. Using your fingers, rotate the device in either direction, twisting the tick out at the same time. Clean the bite site with a disinfectant.

The removed tick always remains on the tip of the device, making it easy to dispose of. The loop is made from a modern, high-strength carbon fiber (withstanding up to 12 kg), making it strong enough to remove most tick species found worldwide.

Considering the dangers associated with tick bites - serious diseases in both humans and animals such as Lyme disease, encephalitis and meningitis, babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, and many others - quick, painless, and effective tick removal becomes a priority, as it can protect health and even save lives.

The TRIX® device has been tested for safety and effectiveness in the medical laboratories of the SAAB corporation. In addition, the manufacturer, InnoTech Sweden AB, conducted removal trials on 12,000 ticks, each of which was examined under a microscope for micro-damage. The tests showed that over 90% of ticks were removed intact, placing the device first in terms of effectiveness among all tick removal tools available worldwide. TRIX® has been tested primarily on dogs, cats, cows, horses, and humans.
