Show Tech No More Tear Stains is a product designed for dogs and cats with discolouration under the eyes. The No More Tears liquid helps reduce rusty and brown stains caused by excessive tearing. Discoloured hair can look unsightly, especially on white and light-coated dogs and cats, which is why daily hygiene of the eye area and muzzle is important. Recommended in particular for short-nosed breeds such as Maltese, Poodle, Bichon, Shih Tzu, Pekingese, Yorkshire Terrier, Pomeranian, Westie, as well as Persian and Exotic Shorthair cats. Regular use helps significantly reduce unwanted tear stains.
Tip:
The product works gradually, so you may need to wait a while for the first results. Keep in mind this is a cosmetic product that addresses the effects of tearing. If the discharge is heavy, consult a veterinary ophthalmologist or check whether the issue may be related to, for example, an unsuitable diet and/or a food allergy.
Directions for use:
Clean the area around the eyes regularly, twice a day, using a cotton pad soaked with the product. Remove any excess.
Ingredients:
The main ingredients are boric acid (2%) and benzalkonium chloride (0.1%). Benzalkonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound with bactericidal activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.
