The wider tooth spacing makes it suitable for dogs with a thicker, stiffer coat. The blade is made of hardened 440C stainless steel (one part) and a ceramic cutter with a titanium coating (the other part). Ceramic helps reduce heat transfer and friction compared with standard blades, while the titanium coating supports faster clipping and extended blade life. Cutting length adjustment range: 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm.
