Description
PetSafe SmartDoor Connected Installation Adaptor is a helpful accessory for installing the PetSafe SmartDoor Connected Pet Door for dogs and cats. The adaptor improves microchip scanner performance when the pet door is installed in doors with a metal core or in walls, and provides additional sealing and enhanced weather resistance for the pet door (especially its electronic components) when installed in doors, walls, and glass windows. The accessory consists of two rings that should be placed between the pet door frame and the mounting surface, on both the interior (home) side and the exterior side.
