Discover the KONG Travel Ultimate Safety Tether - a car safety harness tether for dogs. Its unique design allows you to secure your beloved pet in the car just like you would a human passenger. The attachment method prevents your dog from moving sideways from seat to seat and from stepping into the footwell area. This tether keeps your dog in a central position and ensures safety even during sudden braking. The adjustable height allows you to customize the attachment point to suit your dog's size.
The KONG Ultimate Safety Tether is installed in the car using a 3-point LATCH/ISOFIX/CanFix system - the same system used for child car seats. Two anchor points are located at the base of the seat, and one is on the back of the seat. These anchor points have been required in all new cars in the USA since 2002 and in the EU since 2006.
