The vest is made from flexible, waterproof knit fabric coated with Houndtex® laminate. The neckline can be adjusted using straps with strong Velcro closures. The waist can be cinched with an elastic drawcord. The vest is extremely easy to put on and take off, fastened with a zipper equipped with a lock that prevents accidental unzipping. A protective flap on the underside of the zipper shields the pet's coat and skin from pinching or chafing. The vest features a soft, breathable air-mesh lining.
