How to measure and choose the right size:
The collar length is measured flat from one end to the other (including the buckle). To find the best collar size, measure the circumference around your pet's neck and add 5cm to ensure a comfortable fit. The stated adjustable circumference is based on measuring the inner circumference of the collar when fastened at the first and last hole. When fitted, two average-sized fingers should fit loosely between the dog's neck and the collar.
