Directions for use: 
In cases of very heavy soiling, the shampoo can be used undiluted. However, for ease of application and cost-effectiveness, we recommend diluting the shampoo with water before use (max: 1:50). Apply the shampoo evenly onto wet coat, massage until a rich lather is achieved, then rinse thoroughly. If necessary, repeat the entire process.
