Biglo Pet Recovery Soft Cone is a soft, fabric, post-surgical collar for dogs and cats in the shape of a donut. This collar is made of durable, waterproof fabric, that provides comfort to your pet, while preventing it from licking or biting surgical wounds, ulcers, or irritated skin. It is an alternative to traditional hard, plastic cones.

The exterior of the Blovi protective cone is sewn from a durable, waterproof fabric that is easy to clean. that does not cause irritation and chafing,  which is a common problem with stiff, plastic collars. The inner, fabric “welt” is a cotton, slightly stretchy, nice-to-touch fabric, that doesn't cause irritation and chafing, which is a common problem with stiff, plastic collars. The inside of the 'donut' is filled with a soft fibre which provides extra comfort and helps to maintain the correct shape. Elastic strings and a small plastic clamp allow the collar to fit around the pet's neck without excessive pressure. The Biglo cone is lightweight - it does not put pressure on the dog's or cat's neck or throat. Tip: 

• Take into consideration that the pet's head must squeeze through the opening, and you will adjust the circumference at the neck with rubber bands and a clamp.
• The collar also rests on your pet's shoulders, so adjust it just enough so that your pet doesn't pull it over their head. (Don't tighten it as much as possible around the neck.)

Warning:
In situations, such as intense scratching of the animal, the soft cone may not be effective enough in preventing access to wounds.
